Welcome to Mère + Me. By using our website, booking an event, purchasing merchandise, or joining our community, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About us

Mère + Me is a community events brand and retail business based in London. Our website is mereandme.co.uk. For any questions about these terms, email hello@mereandme.co.uk.

Events

All event bookings are subject to availability. Tickets must be purchased in advance through our booking system.

All event tickets are non-refundable once purchased, but they may be transferred to another person or to a future event if you let us know in advance. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Mère + Me reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any event. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer.

By attending a Mère + Me event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for community and promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any photography, please let us know at the event.

Merchandise and shop

All prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Mère + Me does not store your card details.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. See our Delivery Terms for full details.

Orders placed with “Collect at event” selected will be held for collection at the specified event. Please see our Refund Policy for uncollected order terms.

Community

Our WhatsApp communities, The Village and the Stroll Society, are free to join and are spaces built on kindness and mutual respect. We ask all members to be warm, supportive, and considerate of others.

Mère + Me reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is not in keeping with the values of the community.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including copy, images, branding, the Mère Approved stamp, and all design elements, is the property of Mère + Me and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without express written permission.

Limitation of liability

Mère + Me makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or attendance at our events.

Changes to these terms
