Here is everything you need to know about receiving your Mère + Me order.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Standard Delivery
3 to 4 working days · £2.99
For orders over £25, standard delivery is free.
First Class Delivery
1 to 2 working days · £3.99
Collect at a Mère + Me Event
Free
Choose this option at checkout and collect your order at any upcoming Mère + Me event. You will receive a confirmation email with your collection details. If you need to change your collection event, email hello@mereandme.co.uk as soon as possible.
Free shipping
Standard delivery is free on all orders of £25 or more. This is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mereandme.co.uk.
Delays
Delivery timescales are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email hello@mereandme.co.uk and we will investigate.
International delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. International delivery is not available at this time.
