Mère + Me was created from a simple but powerful belief: when a woman becomes a mother, her world shifts in visible and invisible ways and she deserves spaces that recognise and support that transition.
We believe motherhood does not need to be separated from identity, ambition, or connection. Our communities are built to feel calm, welcoming and intentional offering mothers a place to be held, supported and seen.
OUR STORY
Mère + Me was created to support mothers through one of life’s most profound transitions.
After becoming a mother away from family and close friends, I experienced first-hand how quietly overwhelming this season can feel. Not just in the practical sense, but in the deeper, less visible ways the shift in identity, the emotional weight, and the feeling of becoming someone new while still trying to hold onto who you were.
What I longed for wasn’t more noise, or more pressure to “bounce back,” but something softer. A space that felt calm, considered, and genuinely supportive.
Mère + Me was built from that need.
It exists to offer thoughtfully held spaces where mothers can reconnect with themselves, meet other like-minded women, and feel seen, supported and understood without expectation or performance.
